As per home inspection industry standards and insurance requirements a signed inspection agreement form is required for all inspections. The agreement form is typically presented at the time of the inspection. For your convenience, an absentee client may open and print a copy of our home inspection agreement form and return the signed pages via fax transmittal to (203) 393-9171 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection.
Please understand that the inspection report cannot be released until we have received a fully executed copy of the inspection agreement form. In order to utilize this web feature you must have a pending inspection with us and must obtain the necessary access code from one of our customer service personnel.
